The story of J&H Finance began in 2012, when our founders, Hao Hu and Judy Wang, recognized a gap in the lending industry. While working at a traditional mortgage firm, they saw firsthand how Chinese-Australian borrowers often struggled with the home loan process due to language barriers, limited financial literacy, and a lack of tailored services.
Determined to provide a better, more personalized lending experience, Hao and Judy established J&H Finance in 2013 in Adelaide, South Australia. From day one, their vision was clear: to help fellow Australians—especially Chinese-speaking clients—secure the best loans, build wealth through property investment, and succeed in business ventures.
What started as a small office with a handful of clients quickly grew into one of the most trusted mortgage brokerages in Australia, winning the prestigious AFG (Australian Finance Group) Gold Award for three consecutive years (2014-2016).
